Many of the professional teeth whitening gel kits can be found over the counter and in dentist offices. It’s easy to find tooth whitening products that will effectively whiten your smile. The length of time for each whitening session will depend greatly upon the type of gel provided in the kit but should never exceed more than an two hours per application to prevent damage to the enamel.
